|
Within the Easter Octave This Octave (like that of Pentecost) has the privilege of first rank, which permits the celebration of no Feast whatsoever; and during the said Triduum no occurring Feast may even be commemorated; but after the said Triduum, any Feast lower than a II Class Double is commemorated, (without the historic Lesson at Matins, however,) and from Easter Day onwards any occurring I or II Class Doubles are transferred to the first day after Low Sunday which is not occupied by a I or II Class Double. |
